add calendar.* and events.* sources into the project
refactoring (code cleanup), making main.c half the size, getting rid of ugly forward-declarations, basically grouping similar objects into separate modules; fix: don't sleep too long as user might want something meanwhile
added addpingurl command

don't remove dead/incompatible servers so soon; added high priority queue which is scanned first and servers on which we know match result will be seen soon are added there
