Respawn time may be tuned with "k_monster_spawn_time" server variable, default is 20 seconds,
actually spawn time randomized by 0.5 * k_monster_spawn_time, so respawn time is from 20 to 30 seconds.

Btw, alias stuffing system affected by ping in the same way like not chunked download...

BUGFIX: spawn markers (keys at players spawn points) did not worked, hrm..., well basically setorigin() used wrongly, perhaps it worked before but not after Tonik patched CM_HullTrace or probably I wrong and reason of bug is unknown :) who cares it works now, also I a bit rewrote code so less copy-past parts.

290. Added coop support, well, not yet tested.
You can turn it on with "/votecoop" command, this turn "coop 1" and "deathmatch 0"
and load "start" map, server start acts like in pseudo matchless mode,
to revert it back use "/votecoop" again.
Server admins may tune vote percentage with "k_vp_coop".

291. "/giveme" cheat command extended.
"/giveme runes" - give all runes, not ctf ones, but for complete sinleplayer, you know...
"/giveme rune [1|2|3|4]" - give particular rune
"/giveme norunes" - remove all runes

288. I'm rewrote teleporting code, should fix some bugs. Probably added new, required testing.

289. Added "/giveme" command, useful only if "sv_cheats 1" enabled, just give you quad/pent/ring/suit.
Use it like "/giveme q 10", this should give you quad for 10 seconds.
Useful for testing double pent telefrags :P

removing invincible glowing in dmm4, even if you have pure pent. I'm too lazy to separate dmm4_invinc_time and pure pent, but who plays dmm4 with pup anyway?
