Description
I would like to see /instagib turn on dmm4 and lower timelimit to 3 by default.
It should also have a config folder like /1on1 /2on2 etc does, so you can tweak the settings yourself.

Closed feature request #9, dmm4 is NOT automatically set by instagib/midair and such but turning dmm4 on DOES set clock to 3 minutes by default.

dmm4 could be set automatically but I have to make sure it doesn't bring any bad side effects.
Timelimit could be set to 3 minutes by default but then why hasn't been done for dmgfrags or dmm4 directly so far?
Concerning the config folder, it is not like 1on1, 2on2 and such since you can play 2on2 and activate instagib (it is actually pretty fun to make a team instagib :D). Maybe we should allow a k_instagib_config cvar pointing to a file to execute each time instagib is activated or something similar...

Instagib will NOT toggle automatically dmm4, nor midair etc... for the moment.
It displays a warning asking the user to set it manually.
Toggling dmm4 DOES set the timeclock to 3 minutes by default though now.
