Let's add this one here too. Make checking QTV list more userfriendly using your client, for example:

qtvlist qtv-ip:port

This would open a menubox that has all the QTV streams listed and would also include information about players playing (perhaps how many observers are on that stream too?) and so on. You could navigate this menu using arrow keys like in the server browser, enter would start observing and esc would close the menu.
