Description

Getting huge amounts of damage frags when telefragging or discharging your opponent in dmm4 mode.

Fixed #10:
- Telefrags in dmgfrags now don't give any points. Trying to telefrag a pented player still end up with a -1 for non-pented, if both are pented both take -1.
- Points are now capped to target (armor+health)/100 and only uncapped when target is pented, including discharge.
