Description
can't finish the race .. it reports i've reached finish checkpoint, but time goes on and later it tells me i didn't finish in time

Fixes #349. Racers can now correctly finish theirs runs like they are supposed to.

Seems like when you already own a toptime on the map, you can't finish the race anymore.
Will look at it today when work permits.
- Priority changed from Normal to Immediate
- Target version set to 1.37

Also seems to be linked to a full toptimes table.

Happens when:
- you already have score in top10
- top10 is full (10 best scores stored)
- current run time is longer than last of top10
- Status changed from New to In Progress
