Description
Inbuild CTF mod without hook or runes. Just 2 flags. I've heard there is a inbuild CTF mod but atm server admins are not aware how to use it.

Several things to be done about that:
- Add to the KTX wiki information on how to set a KTX CTF server
- Add to repository a 'ready to run' configuration for CTF (like FFA and allrounds ones)
- Add a toggle in KTX to remove runes and hooks from CTF (by default on I would presume from current feedback)
- Assignee set to deurk
- Target version set to 1.37

The CTF wiki page might help: command mctf will remove hook and runes.
