There is no "global qtv tracker". qtv.quakeworld.nu is a MetaQTV, and no server (mvdsv) can be added there, as it only lists existing QTVs like http://quakeworld.fi:28000 or http://vrr.itam.cas.cz:30000/ .

Long story short, contact a person that runs QTV and is at least listed here

If needed I can add it to my QTV, update ticket here if necessary (and leave an email)
