Description
Display details of a top time in race would be nice
I can see: max speed, avg speed, distance of race and name of demofile for example

Closes #263, now each type of settings is saved in a different file (falsestart mode and weapon modes) so scores are not mixed up anymore.
Closes #260, added 'race_show_record_details' will now display a bunch of information on a saved record: race time, racer name, demo name, distance raced, maximum speed reached, average speed, date of record and weapon and
starting modes.
Removed route for 2bfree.
