Description
I don't know if this issue belongs to QTV or MVDSV, sorry :(
This bug causes server looking active (with players) on QTV list even if there are no players present on it. This can take hours, even days (!).
To reproduce:
- connect two players to a server
- start a match (ready > countdown -> match is on) both players leave the server (disconnect)
Now what is visible on QTV page: server in standby mode with one of the players still being present in the "scoreboard".
Until someone joins the server and removes the scoreboard (press +attack), it will stake like this (forever).

KTX Revision 854, fixed.

tried on my localhost (original bug was reproducable on public server which is not online anymore), seems fixed
