Description

Please incorporate following 3 changes into KTX:
- never lose speed after falling from high place (force fallbunny always on)
- minimum limbo-before-respawn time always 0.9 s
- direct rocket hit always causes 110 damage

Reasoning:
- fallbunny on: fallbunny is turned on at most servers nowadays and if you suddenly happen to fall from a high place where fallbunny is set to off and you didn't know about it, it's a frustrating experience
- spawn time: originally in average 1 out of 5 spawns would take little longer than usual and that's something distracting for the player
- direct hit damage: in professional tournament environment the amount of damage a player does should be only determined by his skills, artificially adding or removing random amount of damage doesn't fit in this

Patch is included. Allows to put these changes easily back later if necessary (in the code by changing a constant).

These changes were chosen after long considerations by me.

Not distracting, just stupid.

When gibbed, respawn can de done instantly.
Otherwise, we have static delay of 900ms

Theory is sound. If you can cause 108 points of damage by splash, it's anything but fair to score direct hit that has damage 100+(0.01)*20 = 100. Fuck that.

Only fallbunny remains toggleable. These suggestions were taken into consideration, disgussed about them and as KTX mod authors, we made a decision and it stands. Reasons above.
