Connecting to arena server doesn't download sounds

Description
When I connect to an arena server running with the same mvdsv config as ktx and ctf (which downloads files just fine), I don't get to download the arena sound files. the maps download fine, but the sound doesn't.

Rocket Arena doesn't precache sounds, which means the server just sends a command to the client to play "xxxx.wav" while KTX, or even Rocket Arena in KTX precaches the sounds, which means that the server loads them and sends them to the client if it finds out he doesn't have them yet.
